Sodala … mein Asien-Urlaub (vom 10.12.-10.01.) ist nicht mehr weit und ich kam heute ins Grübeln, welche Stadien<\/strong> denn in Thailand einen Besuch wert sind (ist ja Pflicht bei Auslandsaufenthalten). Nachdem man also erstmal verzweifelt versucht, überhaupt irgendwelche Thaistadien im Netz zu finden, wird einem ganz schnell klar, dass eigentlich nur eine kleine Anzahl an Grounds zur Auswahl bleiben.<\/p>\n

Am Anfang des Thailand-Trips steht die Stadt Chiang Mai<\/strong> auf dem Programm, in der das sogenannte 700th Anniversary-Stadium<\/strong> steht und 25.000 Zuschauern<\/strong> Platz bietet. Ganz nett, oder?<\/p>\n

Nach fast 3 Wochen quer durch das Land des Lächelns<\/strong> und keinem momentanen Hinweis auf einen Ground in der Nähe der Reiseroute (na wartet, da find ich schon was vor Ort), werde ich vor der Heimreise noch 5 Tage in Bangkok <\/strong>verbringen. Hier hat man logischerweise eine größere Auswahl an Sportstätten, angefangen mit dem Rajamangala National Stadium<\/strong>, besser bekannt unter dem Namen "National Stadium<\/strong>", das 65.000 Zuschauer <\/strong>fasst.<\/p>\n

Das zweitgrößtes Stadion im Land des Lächelns ist das Suphachalasai Stadium<\/strong> und wird ebenfalls unter dem Namen National Stadium geführt (Häää? Wieviel National Stadium haben die denn noch?!). Nun ja, auf jeden Fall wurde dieses im Jahre 1935 erbaut<\/strong> (!), hat eine Kapazität von 30.000 Plätzen<\/strong> und liegt so ganz rein zufällig gegenüber meinem Hotel! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Es bestehen neben den aufgeführten Stadien noch eine Vielzahl an kleineren Grounds, wie z.B. das Chulalongkorn University-Stadium<\/a> (20.000 Plätze)<\/strong> oder das Thai-Japan-Stadium<\/a> (10.000 Plätze)<\/strong>. Sofern ich also in Bangkok nichts besseres zu tun habe *räusper*<\/em>, widme ich mich auch diesen. Da anscheinend die Spielzeit der Thaifootballleague in den kommenden Wochen endet, wird also nur ein kurzer Besuch der Grounds (ohne Spiel) herausspringen. Fest steht auf alle Fälle der Besuch des 1.FCN Fan Club Victoria<\/strong><\/a> in Bangkok, der am 09. November sein 26-jähriges Jubiläum<\/strong> feierte! Gratulation von meiner Seite!<\/p>\n

Mal sehen … ob mich meine Frau überhaupt lässt und sie nicht lieber Groundshoppen<\/strong><\/em> gehen will… \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
