Ein innovatives Gastronomie-Konzept l&auml;&szlig;t &quot;<em>frisch zubereitete traditionell-fr&auml;nkische Speisen und Getr&auml;nke<\/em>&quot; &uuml;ber ein <strong>Schienensystem <\/strong>aus der K&uuml;che direkt an den Tisch &quot;schweben&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Zus&auml;tzlich begeistert das Restaurant durch die <strong>fr&auml;nkischen Bezeichnunge<\/strong>n der Speisen: &ldquo;<em>Gmischder Salad mit greicherdn Schingn<\/em>&rdquo;, &ldquo;<em>N&uuml;rnberger Gw&auml;rch auf Baggers<\/em>&rdquo; oder &ldquo;<em>Salad vo da<\/em>&rdquo;!
