Nach gut drei Tagen Sightseeing ergab sich ein Zeitfenster von ca. 3 Std, welches sich nat&uuml;rlich optimal mit einem Besuch des <strong>700th Anniversary Stadion<\/strong> f&uuml;llen lies.<br \/>\nMeine Freundin wusste auch nix besseres zu tun, also ab zum n&auml;chsten TukTuk, Erkl&auml;rung wohin es gehen sollte, Preisverhandlung und dann los. Die Fahrt von der Innenstadt bis zum Stadion dauerte weit &uuml;ber 30 Minuten. Bei all der Lautst&auml;rke, dem Smog, den Abgasen und s&auml;mtlichen anderen Ger&uuml;chen waren wir heilfroh endlich in dieser Oase des Sportes angekommen zu sein. Das Stadion liegt in dem sogenannten <strong>Chiang Mai Sports Complex<\/strong>, das bereits in der langgezogenen Einfahrt rechts Basketballfelder, Tartanlaufstrecken und ein offenes Schwimmbecken mit 10 Meter-Turm zu bieten hat. Weiter hinten kommen dann Sportschulen\/ -internate, alles im Gr&uuml;nen und wundersch&ouml;n angelegt. Ganz hinten&nbsp;auf der rechten Seite aber lag der Grund meines Besuches &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das v&ouml;llig schneeweise Stadion von Chiang Mai &#8230;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"700th Anniversary Stadium of Chiang Mai\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von CIMG2413.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"700th Anniversary Stadium of Chiang Mai\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von CIMG2399.jpg\" \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sodann schnell dem TukTuk-Fahrer verklickert, dass er warten soll und dann einen Eingang gesucht. Durch das <strong>Gate 8<\/strong> (was f&uuml;r ein Zufall) durchgeschl&uuml;pft und den Ground besichtigt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"700th Anniversary Stadium of Chiang Mai\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von CIMG2402.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Auf den ersten Blick recht schick, wobei die HT ein echter Hingucker ist!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"700th Anniversary Stadium of Chiang Mai\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von CIMG2409.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In den Kurven allerdings sieht man dann doch die Bauweise der Thais. Die Stehpl&auml;tze (ohne Wellenbrecher) wiesen doch etliche Risse und Unebenheiten auf. Die Stadionkapazit&auml;t liegt bei <strong>25.000 Zuschauern<\/strong>, wobei 4.500 Pl&auml;tze &uuml;berdacht sind und im<strong> Jahre 1996<\/strong> f&uuml;r den 700sten Geburtstag der Stadt erbaut wurde. Genutzt wird dieser Ground f&uuml;r Leichtathletik und dem in der PRO League spielenden Verein &bdquo;<strong>Chiangmai Calibre<\/strong>&ldquo;. Ansonsten ein wirklich sch&ouml;nes Stadion, weit ab vom Trubel der Gro&szlig;stadt.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"260\" height=\"195\" alt=\"700th Anniversary Stadium of Chiang Mai\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von CIMG2408.jpg\" \/>&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"260\" height=\"195\" alt=\"700th Anniversary Stadium of Chiang Mai\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von CIMG2407.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"260\" height=\"195\" alt=\"700th Anniversary Stadium of Chiang Mai\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von CIMG2406.jpg\" \/>&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"260\" height=\"195\" alt=\"700th Anniversary Stadium of Chiang Mai\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von CIMG2405.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Auf Koh Ngai wurde dann zum letzten Spieltag der UEFA-Cup Gruppenphase&nbsp;(<a target=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/index.php\/archives\/glubb-auswaertsfahrt\/254-bilder-von-larisa-nuernberg-13-im-panthessaliko-stadion-in-volos.html\" href=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/index.php\/archives\/glubb-auswaertsfahrt\/254-bilder-von-larisa-nuernberg-13-im-panthessaliko-stadion-in-volos.html\">Ausw&auml;rtsspiel des Clubs in Volos gegen Larisa<\/a>) noch die Club-Fahne an unserem Bungalow gehisst und hing nat&uuml;rlich nach dem Sieg noch bis zum Ende unseres dortigen Aufenthaltes. \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"auf Koh Ngai\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von IMG_0601.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"102\" height=\"102\" align=\"left\" style=\"margin-right: 10px;\" alt=\"Surakul Stadium of Phuket\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von 01- Surakul Stadium.jpg\" \/>W&auml;hrend der weiteren Reise sind mir doch immer wieder Grounds am vorbeifahren aufgefallen, so z.B. das &quot;<strong>Sarakul-Stadion<\/strong>&quot; von Phuket. Leider hatte ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt keinen Foto zur Hand, so dass ich nur dieses kleine pic (siehe links) anbieten kann.<br \/>\nEs wurde im Jahre <strong>1959<\/strong> erbaut, bietet insgesamt <strong>15.000 Zuschauern <\/strong>Platz, davon 3.000 &uuml;berdacht und liegt direkt an der Verbindungsstrasse von Phukettown nach Patong Beach.<br \/>\n(Bildquelle: thaifootball.com)<\/p>\n<p>\nZum Ende der Reise ging es nach <strong>Bangkok<\/strong>. Noch w&auml;hrend des Anfluges auf den Airport ersp&auml;hte mein Luchsauge das &bdquo;<strong>Rajamangala National Stadium<\/strong>&ldquo;. Hehe &hellip;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/IMG_2258 2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Doch es sollte ja noch besser kommen. Genau gegen&uuml;ber unserem Hotel lag das &quot;<strong>Supchalasai Stadium<\/strong>&quot;, das alte National Stadium von Thailand. Es bietet <strong>35.000 Zuschauern<\/strong> Platz und wurde im Jahre <strong>1935<\/strong> erbaut.<br \/>\nHier ein Bild aus unserem Zimmer (19. Nach einer kompletten Umrundung hab&nbsp;ich dann auch&nbsp;ein offenes Tor gefunden und&nbsp;bin heimlich in den Innenraum (das soll man mal bei einem deutschen Stadion versuchen &#8230;).<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"Supchalasai Stadium of Bangkok\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von IMG_2727.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"Supchalasai Stadium of Bangkok\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von IMG_2731.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"Supchalasai Stadium of Bangkok\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von IMG_2734.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"Supchalasai Stadium of Bangkok\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von IMG_2740.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Leider lag das Rajamangala Stadion einfach zu weit drau&szlig;en, so dass es einfach nicht mehr in den Zeitplan gepasst hat. Hier ging dann das Shoppen doch vor. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Etwas kurioses noch am Rande. Am ersten Abend besuchten meine Freundin und ich den <a target=\"http:\/\/fcn-fanclub-bangkok.com\/\" href=\"http:\/\/fcn-fanclub-bangkok.com\/\">1.FCN Fan-Club Victoria Bangkok<\/a>. Eingelaufen in die Stammkneipe Victoria (Sumkumvit Soi 7) bin ich&nbsp;logischerweise mit Club-Trikot. Nach einer netten Begr&uuml;&szlig;ung durch den <strong>Pr&auml;sidenten Helmut Kutting<\/strong> und <strong>Schatzmeister Peter Gubler<\/strong> konnte ich endlich die Club-Fahne, die ich seit Anfang des Thailand-Trips dabei hatte, &uuml;berreichen.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"334\" alt=\"Peter, Fahnenmeier und Helmut bei der Fahnen&uuml;bergabe\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von IMG_2402.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Einem herzlichen Dankesch&ouml;n folgte zus&auml;tzlich die Einladung an den Stammtisch, wo wir den restlichen Abend mit Weizen und &bdquo;LecLec&ldquo;, die dortige Standardorder f&uuml;r J&auml;germeister, verbrachten.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"340\" height=\"227\" align=\"left\" style=\"margin-right: 10px;\" alt=\"Wir sind der Club!\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von IMG_2432(1).jpg\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"150\" height=\"225\" alt=\"man mag es kaum glauben ...\" src=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image\/Kopie von IMG_2428(1).jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nach etlichen alkoholischen Runden wurde <strong>Nadine sogar&nbsp;eine Jahresmitgliedschaft vom Pr&auml;sidenten gesponsert<\/strong> und ich hab mich auch dazu hinrei&szlig;en lassen, dem Fan-Club Victoria beizutreten.<br \/>\nDen&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/n-town.de\/glubbblog\/index.php\/archives\/author\/admin\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Bomber-Manolo\">Bomber Manolo<\/a> haben wir auch einfach mal mitangemeldet um&nbsp;ihm dann diese &Uuml;berraschung&nbsp;zum Geburtstag zu &uuml;berreichen!
