{"id":413,"date":"2008-08-15T22:25:45","date_gmt":"2008-08-15T20:25:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.n-town.de\/glubbblog\/index.php\/archives\/allgemein\/413-trainergott-meyer-klagt-gegen-den-glubb.html"},"modified":"2008-08-15T22:25:45","modified_gmt":"2008-08-15T20:25:45","slug":"trainergott-meyer-klagt-gegen-den-glubb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.n-town.de\/glubbblog\/index.php\/archives\/allgemein\/413-trainergott-meyer-klagt-gegen-den-glubb.html","title":{"rendered":"Trainergott Meyer klagt gegen den Glubb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ich hatte mich ja schon vor Kurzem aufgeregt, wie man beim FCN mit altverdienten Mitarbeitern umgeht (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.n-town.de\/glubbblog\/index.php\/archives\/glubb-news\/400-danke-tomas-galasek.html\" target=\"_blank\">Galasek per SMS<\/a>) und nun diese Meldung:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meyer verklagt den Club<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein halbes Jahr nachdem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.n-town.de\/glubbblog\/index.php\/archives\/euro2008\/385-hans-meyer-bei-uns-im-flugzeug.html\" target=\"_blank\">Pokal-Trainer Hans Meyer<\/a> beim 1.FC N&uuml;rnberg beurlaubt wurde (und man vermeldete damals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.n-town.de\/glubbblog\/index.php\/archives\/glubb-news\/287-hans-meyer-ist-weg-thomas-von-heesen-soll-kommen.html\" target=\"_blank\">eine Beurlaubung<\/a>) treffen sich die Parteien wohl vor dem Arbeitsgericht N&uuml;rnberg wieder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurzversion:<\/strong> Hans Meyer pocht auf seinen Vertrag und auf <strong>Weiterzahlung <\/strong>seines Gehalts (140.000 Euro nebst Zinsen) &#8211; die Bundesliga-Absteiger vom Valze gehen von einer Beendigung des Vertrages &quot;Ende Juni&quot; aus. Ein <strong>Schlichtungstermin <\/strong>war bereits erfolglos &#8211; ist dies der &quot;<strong>G&uuml;tetermin<\/strong>&quot; auch, dann steht eine <strong>Streitverhandlung <\/strong>an.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ich finde&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;Meyer w&auml;re so und so nicht mehr Trainer beim FCN, da er einen Gang in die <strong>2.Liga immer abgelehnt<\/strong> hatte &#8211; <u>aber <\/u>er hat Vertrag! Und der muss ebenso erf&uuml;llt werden, wie der eines <strong>Charisteas <\/strong>oder <strong>Vittek<\/strong>! Man kann nicht auf der einen Seite auf die <strong>Vertragserf&uuml;llung <\/strong>bestehen und auf der anderen Seite meinen, dass eine solche Pflicht f&uuml;r einen selbst nicht gilt.
